1. How do I get started?
Clients may sign up by purchasing a trial pack or program via our official payment link or by contacting our team directly. Services commence only upon confirmed payment. Payment constitutes acceptance of our terms and policies.

2. What does coaching include?
Programs are structured and package-dependent, and will include customised training, progress tracking, nutrition guidance, habit-building and holistic coaching support including mental, physical and emotional. All services are educational and coaching-based, not medical or therapeutic.

3. How are results tracked?
Progress is monitored through a private fitness application used for workout logging, performance metrics, and check-ins. 

4. Do you provide meal plans or strict diets?
We do not prescribe medical diets. Nutrition support focuses on practical guidance aligned with training goals. Clients with medical conditions should consult qualified healthcare professionals.

5. Can programs be paused, cancelled, or refunded?
All purchases are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing. Session scheduling, pauses, and expiries are subject to the specific package terms and availability.
