Clients may sign up by purchasing a trial pack or program via our official payment links, or by contacting our team directly. All services commence only upon confirmed payment. Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of our terms and policies.

2. How are progress and results tracked?

Progress is tracked via a private fitness application used for workout logging, performance metrics, and periodic check-ins. Data tracking supports coaching decisions but does not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on individual adherence and external factors.

3. What is included in your programs?

Programs may include customised training sessions, structured progress tracking, general nutrition guidance, and coaching support. Specific deliverables vary by package and are outlined at the point of purchase. Services provided are educational and coaching-based, not medical or therapeutic.

4. How soon will I see results?

Timelines vary by individual. While many clients observe changes within several weeks, no specific results or timeframes are guaranteed. Outcomes depend on consistency, lifestyle factors, recovery, and individual response.

5. Do you provide meal plans?

We provide general nutrition guidance aligned with training goals. We do not provide medical nutrition therapy or prescribe diets. Clients with medical conditions should consult qualified healthcare professionals.

6. Are payment plans available?

Payment options may be offered at our discretion. All payment terms are confirmed in writing prior to commencement. Failure to complete agreed payments may result in suspension of services.

7. Can I pause or cancel my program?

Requests to pause or reschedule sessions must be made in advance and are subject to availability and program terms. All purchases are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Unused sessions will expire based on the package purchased.

8. Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. Programs are scaled to individual ability levels. Clients are responsible for communicating injuries, limitations, or health concerns prior to training. Participation is at the client’s own discretion and responsibility.

9. Will I have direct access to my coach?

Clients may receive support via scheduled check-ins or messaging channels depending on the program. Response times are not instantaneous and are managed within reasonable business hours.

10. Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No. We advocate sustainable, flexible approaches. However, adherence remains the client’s responsibility, and outcomes may be affected by dietary choices outside coaching sessions.

11. Is this suitable for clients with busy schedules?

Programs are designed for efficiency and flexibility. However, session availability is subject to scheduling constraints, and missed sessions without sufficient notice may be forfeited in accordance with our policies.
